3-Way Machine and Tool Co. is a job shop located in Maria Stein, OH. We have been in business for over 20 years because we know what matters to our customers - quality products at a timely delivery. We offer our services anywhere in the U.S and that includes low/high volume production runs, tool, die, and fixture design, and one off prototyping.

We work with all kinds of different materials including (but not limited to) thermoplastics, brass, tool steel, mild steel, and even MDF board. We are also fully equipped with all the necessary tooling, software, machinery, and experience for serving the manufacturing industry. We have a wealth of equipment on site including CNC mills, CNC lathes, surface grinders, 3D printers, welding equipment, and much, much more. We are constantly updating and adding new equipment and features. We continually invest in customers and equipment to keep up with the rapidly changing industry
